Regulations

In order to achieve the desired goal of learning and for the benefit of your child/children your cooperation is highly appreciated throughout the year by:

• Helping the children and encouraging them to apply the instructions and regulations of the school.
• Checking the weekly duties in the Agenda and signing if necessary.
• Keeping in mind the exams and tests dates.
• Should you have any concerns or need to discuss something with the instructor, please contact the direction and an appointment will be arranged for an interview.
• In case of the child’s absence, the school must be informed by calling.
• In case of an early pick up of your child, the school must be notified in the morning.
• In case of early withdrawal from school, all books must be returned to the office and should be in good condition.
• In case of loss or damage of any book, a $10.00 fee / book must be paid.
• In the event of any illness, please do not send your child to school.
• A meal must be sent with the child or money to allow him/her to buy food from the canteen (cafeteria).
• Please be on time to pick up your children in order to avoid any extra charges for the school or the parent will be responsible for paying the fine.
• In the case of repetitive absence without notice, misbehaving, ignoring the school rules, parents will be informed and the child/ren may be expelled from school..
• In case of poor weather conditions, you are asked kindly to check the school website before coming to school.
• In case of a kid withdrawal after 3 weeks of registration, no refund will be issued and books must be returned to the school in good condition. If the withdrawal takes place within the first 2 weeks, a $20.00 fee will be deducted from the premium paid.

School requests that children adhere to the following:

• Compliance with school attendance, which starts at 9:30AM and ends at 2:30 pm.
• Adherence to dress properly and bring a scarf to pray (veil) for girls.
• Always make Wuduu before attending school.
• Maintaining the books and return them in good condition at the end of the year.
• Check your belongings before leaving the school. The administration is not responsible for their loss.
• Commitment to good behavior and respect for teachers and supervisors on the school
• Always apply good manners with friends and staff, keep one’s voice tone during the speech
• Ensure compliance with the school rules and regulations, no running allowed in the classroom or the hallways no chewing gum no hats.
• This school is a Peanut Free and Perfume Free area, so please make sure not to send peanut Butter sandwiches or other products that might contain peanut with your child/ren. Please avoid wearing perfume because of severe allergy cases in the school.
• Health regulations require that students must have shoes on all the time.
• Wet boots are not allowed in classrooms, please insure that your child/ren have their indoor shoes.

• Parking is not permitted in the drop zone.
• Please use main door and report to office any visitors.
• Only parents or authorized persons may pick up children.
• All our facilities are NUTS-FREE. No peanuts or nuts are allowed.
• Only main entrance is to be used to enter / leave school.

نرجو من الأهالي الكرام التعاون مع أسرة المدرسة لتحقيق الهدف المطلوب وذلك من خلال:

• مساعدة الأطفال وتشجيعهم على تطبيق تعليمات وأنظمة المدرسة.
• الاطلاع المنتظم على دفتر (كراس) الواجبات وتوقيعه إذا لزم الأمر.
• الاطلاع على أيام الدوام وأيام الامتحانات.
• عند الحاجة لمناقشة أمر ما مع المعلمة، برجى الاتصال بالإدارة لترتيب موعد للمقابلة .
• عند غياب الطفل نرجو الاتصال بالأرقام الخاصة وإبلاغ المدرسة.
• عند الاضطرار لأخذ الطفل قبل انتهاء الدوام ، نرجو إشعار المدرسة من الصباح.
• عند سحب الطفل من المدرسة، نرجو إشعار الإدارة قبل أسبوع وتسليم الكتب كاملة وبحالة جيدة.
• سيضطر الأهل إلى دفع مبلغ 10 دولارات عن كل كتاب في حال ضياعه أو تلفه.
• عدم إرسال الطفل إلى المدرسة في حال مرضه.
• إرسال وجبة طعام مع الطفل أو مبلغ من المال ليتمكن من شراء طعامه من المقصف ( الكافتيريا).
• الحضور قبل انتهاء الدوام بقليل و عدم التأخير الذي يغرم المدرسة زيادة الأجرة وبالتالي سوف تضطر لتغريم ولي الأمر.
• سوف تضطر الإدارة مع الأسف إلى فصل الطفل في حال عدم انضباطه وذلك بعد توجيه ثلاثة إشعارات للأهل.
• سوف يتم وضع إعلان على صفحة المدرسة الالكترونية إعلام الأهل في حال إغلاق المدرسة بسبب العاصفة الثلجية .
• لا يحق للأهل سحب القسط المدفوع إذا تم سحب الطفل بعد 3 أسابيع دراسة ويغرم الأهل مبلغ 20$ فقط إذا تم الأمر خلال الأسبوعين الأوليين ويعاد بقية المبلغ.

ترجو المدرسة من صغارها الأعزاء الالتزام بما يلي:

• لتقيد بالدوام المدرسي الذي يبدأ الساعة التاسعة والنصف (9:30) صباحاً وينتهي الساعة الثانية والنصف (2:30) ظهراً .
• التقيد باللباس الساتر و إحضار غطاء رأس للصلاة (حجاب ) بالنسبة للبنات.
• الوضوء قبل الحضور إلى المدرسة.
• الحفاظ على الكتب المدرسية وإعادتها بحالة سليمة في نهاية العام.
• تفقد الأغراض المدرسية قبل مغادرة المدرسة . فالإدارة غير مسؤولة عن ضياعها.
• الالتزام بالأدب واحترام المعلمات والمشرفات على المدرسة
• الالتزام بالأدب مع الأصدقاء وعدم التفوّه بألفاظ غير لائقة أو رفع الصوت أثناء الكلام .
• الالتزام بتعليمات المدرسة وعدم الركض في الفصول أو الممرات وعدم مضغ اللبان ( العلكة- المسكة ) وعدم وضع القبعة أثناء الدوام وعدم التعطر قبل المجيء إلى المدرسة لوجود حساسية عند بعض الأشخاص .

الالتزام بقواعد الطعام وعدم الأكل في الفصول وعدم أكل أو إرسال أي مأكولات تحتوي على منتوجات المكسرات أو الفول السوداني.

• تمنع المواقف في أماكن تنزيل الصغار.
• استخدام الباب الرئيسي وتسجيل دخولك كزائر في الإدارة
• بإمكان أولياء الأمور أو المصرح لهم فقط باصطحاب الصغار إلى خارج المدرسة.
• جميع محتويات المدرسة خالية من المكسرات فلا يسمح بأي منتوجات المكسرات أو الفول السوداني .
• استخدام الباب الرئيسي فقط لإحضار الصغار إلى المدرسة أو إخراجهم خارج المدرسة.
